How does Selectandbuild Work?
It is required for you to transmit your demand regarding 1 or more real estate products selected from our website by you.
On this stage, we find the lands with features at your will, then send you as a presentation with their pictures.
On the next stage; you transmit your selection of land and house type to us. After investigating informations mutually, we again mutually enter into a contract. During signature of the contract, %50 of the real property amount is taken and meanwhile your construction applications are started. Building license, civic actions, architectural affairs are started.
After that stage, you do not pay for anything until laying the base of your house. After the base specified in the contract is based, you will pay for 25%of the total amount. With this amount, till your house come to a very close position to completion, we workout within the period determined. Meantime, we regularly send you weekly reports with pictures.
When it comes to the date that was specified in the contract, excluding interior decoration, rough works of your house are over, exterior facings are ready.
After this stage we together designate interior decoration of your house according to interior decoration type at your will, and continue building.
After completing and bringing your house to a turn-key position, we give your deed and take last payment installment of 25%. Longer your house is ready, but our work continues because we standby for after sales support and your any other problem .
